Sakina Hayat

Ms Sakeena Hayat is a dedicated social worker and humanitarian from the mountainous region of Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and comes from a family deeply rooted in health and wellness, she is the wife of a Pakistan Army Officer, a mother, a yoga and workout instructor, and an influence that shaped her lifelong commitment to physical, mental, and social well-being.

She joined The Serenity Family (TSF) in 2023 and has since played a pivotal role in spreading and strengthening TSF’s mission across the Chitral Zone of Pakistan, a region where a large underprivileged population lives in remote and harsh conditions and is in dire need of consistent humanitarian support.

Driven by compassion and a strong sense of responsibility toward her community, Ms Sakeena has been actively involved in charitable services, including organising food drives, ration distributions, and medical assistance programs. Her efforts primarily focus on supporting widows, persons with special needs, and orphans. She has facilitated the provision of wheelchairs, essential medicines, ration supplies, warm clothing, and blankets to dozens of deserving families in Chitral.

In addition, she works closely with girls’ orphanages in Chitral, ensuring regular ration support and monetary assistance to help improve their living standards and educational opportunities.

As Deputy Director KPK (Chitral Zone) of The Serenity Family (TSF), Ms Sakeena Hayat continues to serve as a strong grassroots leader, committed to delivering hope, dignity, and sustainable relief to marginalised communities in the mountainous regions of Pakistan
