She is a graduate in Psychology and Sociology, and also holds a Diploma in Personality Psychology. Her academic background provides her with a strong understanding of individual behaviour, psychological processes, and social dynamics—an asset in managing people-centred charitable initiatives.

With exceptional organisational, financial planning, and time management skills, Mrs. Khurram plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth financial functioning of “The Serenity Family (TSF)”. As Director of Finance, she is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, fund allocation, expense monitoring, transparency, and accountability of Roshan Afia projects, ensuring that resources are utilised efficiently and ethically to achieve maximum social impact.

Her ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects within defined timelines, address challenges proactively, and devise practical solutions makes her an indispensable member of the TSF leadership team. She strongly believes in teamwork and resource optimisation, consistently striving to achieve organisational goals with integrity and discipline.

Mrs. Tanzeela Khurram is particularly passionate about supporting orphans and underprivileged girls whose marriages are delayed or denied due to the burden of dowry. Under the banner of “The Serenity Family,” her vision is to contribute towards building a dowry-free society, empowering families through dignity, awareness, and financial responsibility.
