Nadeem Ahmed Sheikh

Nadeem Ahmed Shaikh is a seasoned professional serving as the Director of Projects of Roshan Afia under “The Serenity Family”, a charity organisation. In this role, he oversees the marketing and supervision of all planned TSF projects and actively contributes to the conceptualisation and design of welfare and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with TSF’s vision, mission, and community priorities. He also heads the Information Technology Department of TSF, ensuring efficient digital operations and technological support across the organisation. Additionally, he assigns responsibilities to Zonal Directors, supervises project execution, and maintains strong coordination among teams, enabling smooth and timely implementation of TSF activities.

He holds an MS degree in Management Sciences from SZABIST Karachi and possesses internationally recognised professional certifications, including CISA, PMP, and PRINCE2. A respected figure in the education sector, Mr. Nadeem has taught at several prestigious universities, contributing to the development of future professionals and leaders. His professional vision is focused on empowering skilled and unskilled individuals to strengthen human capital and contribute to the economic stability of Pakistan.

Mr. Nadeem has conducted numerous seminars, workshops, and training programs on Marketing, Management, Economics, and Social Development topics. Through his consultancy expertise in Change Management, Organisational Development, and Business Process Re-Engineering, he has supported the growth and uplift of small and medium-sized organisations, improving their efficiency, governance, and sustainability.

He is deeply committed to career counselling and mentorship, offering free professional guidance to students and professionals—particularly those who have become off-track in their educational or career journeys. He consistently encourages young individuals to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset, become market leaders, and build self-reliance, believing that empowered individuals form the backbone of a resilient national economy.

Before joining TSF, Mr. Nadeem was actively involved in welfare activities on an individual basis. He now channels his experience and vision through the organised, diversified, and unified platform of “The Serenity Family” since 2018 working collaboratively with TSF leadership and members to expand the reach and impact of welfare initiatives.
